Inspired New Rowers:

The then largest ever entry for the Women's Eights Head of the River Race was in 2013 and had been significantly aided by the number of people who decided to take up the sport following the 2012 London Olympic & Paralympic Games: novice crews represented nearly one third of all the entries.
